I am looking forward to getting my order soon, it has been re-sent as the first lot never arrived. I have used Delicious seeds for years, firstly given by friends and then ordering for myself, great product, great back up service, I have recommended Delicious to many friends who now also enjoy the benefits of these quality products.

Parcel didn't arrive. They claimed it was returned to them for having an incorrect address. I could see in the confirmation email that the address I provided WAS correct, so if it had been put on parcel incorrectly it was the fault of deliciousseeds. That's fine, mistakes happen, but since I couldn't correct anything I asked for a refund instead, in case it failed to deliver again.. the response was "I've made the transfer. Get your address right next time."
Which I found unnecessarily rude, since I'd already told them I could see I'd given it correctly. Had they apologised for THEIR error, I'd give a good rating. But bad customer service and rudeness makes them a company I would not trust to use.

Excited about the early version seeds. We got extra eleven roses, sugar black rose, and lord kush for extra/freebies

So far not bad. I'm really excited about the strains I received and hope the early versions will work great outside in our coastal climate. The site has good information about their strains and finishing times, there's a lot of trust going into deciding on seeds for all the time, money, work we put in over the season and if it doesn't work out can ruin everything. I felt comfortable trusting their information. the few freebies were nice and they gave us early versions which is what we need and can use (thank you!!). Good prices and fair shipping rates!
The only issues I had were minor. I had a payment that didn't go through with a card but it showed it was processing on the website. I reordered through a bank transfer so contacted them to touch base and make sure everything was straight and wouldn't get double charged. They were a little slow to respond and said they didn't see my bank transfer yet which had cleared on my end, but once they checked it was all good! The tracking for shipping said it was still in customs but shipped quick and was here within a week once it was in post. So shipping was fast.

The shipping package could possibly be improved though, a bubble pack and cardboard card aren't the most sturdy to protect seeds. I had one critical sensi start that was cracked on arrival, tried to sprout but didn't go. So far everything I have started has cracked except the broken sensi star, and the one critical Neville haze seed I ordered hasn't cracked whatsoever, bummer but happens... So far 5/6 have sprouted I started with one broken on arrival.

Overall 4 stars so far, if these finish in the time frame they're supposed to, hold up good to mold like genetics say we will be happy for sure! Just hoping to get a credit for the goofs and I would probably order again for sure!
