Muy mal. Me dijeron que tardaría un mes y ahora cumplido el mes me dicen que tengo que esperar otro mes . No puedo esperar tanto voy a tener que comprar otra y además se me comenta que no se puede cancelar el pedido.
Estoy decepcionado, no volveré a haceros un pedido.

Entendemos tu malestar.

Los productos no admiten cancelación ni devolución, ya que se realiza el pedido a fabrica especialmente para el cliente que los pide.
Con tu pedido se siguió el procedimiento estándar en el caso de productos por encargo. Se te informó de la previsión de entrega y se te pidió confirmación de la reserva para continuar con el pedido.
En tu caso tenías 2 productos (pinzas y lima) por encargo ambos del mismo fabricante. En la fecha prevista se sirvió la pinza . Sin embargo la marca, en tu caso Carl Martin, ha dejado pendiente de servir la lima, hasta nueva fecha. Es algo que no suele ser habitual, sin embargo en ocasiones como la tuya ocurre.

En cuanto esté disponible la lima te la haremos llegar.

Lamentamos lo ocurrido, son situaciones poco habituales, pero en ocasiones suceden.

Muy malo. Estoy esperando la lima de hueso desde principios de Diciembre. Voy a tener que comprar en otro sitio, porque no se puede anular el pedido y me dijeron que estaría en un mes.
No os volveré a pedir nada.
