Tengo ya el producto en mis manos. Está en buenas condiciones y no tengo nada que objetar sobre el mismo.

Sí tengo que denunciar la mala gestión de la empresa de envíos MRW por incumplimiento de la fecha de envío, y engaño reiterado respecto a la misma. Una vez llegado el paquete a mi localidad y una vez superada la fecha de recepción facilitada por esta empresa tuve que reclamar varias veces. Me dieron una nueva fecha de recepción y no se cumplió. Me dijeron que me llamarían para informarme y nunca lo hicieron. Tuve que personarme yo mismo a la delegación de MRW tres días después de la presunta fecha de llegada y reclamar el suministro del producto, que conseguí llevarme.

Muy mal por MRW. La próxima vez que os solicite un pedido, por favor, encargad a otra empresa de transportes su gestión.

Por lo demás, satisfecho con DentalCost.
