Pedí de 6.5 oz y me vinieron dos paquetes de 8oz. Cuando reclamé me dijeron que mandase foto de los paquetes sin abrir para hacerme la devo. Obviamente ya había abierto uno y de ahí que me dieses cuenta... Sigo esperando solución...

Efectivamente, hubo un error al servir el producto. Y apenas 2 horas después de que nos informaras por mail, se contesto indicándote que podías hacer la devolución de los paquetes que se encuentren cerrados y en perfecto estado. Te pedimos que nos enviaras fotos del producto que está sin abrir a nuestro número de whatsapp y seguimos sin recibirlas.
La solución requiere de acciones por tu parte y estamos a la espera de las fotos del producto sin abrir para solicitar la devolución del artículo.
Seguimos a la espera y a la vez te recordamos que existen 14 días naturales para solicitar devoluciones.
