Hola Yaiza,
Todos los modelos pediátricos, en los dientes anteriores son dientes muy pequeños y dado que el modelo simula una dentadura de dientes iniciales, los dientes van fijados con cera y no llevan agujero para tornillos porque la pared del diente no tiene suficiente capacidad.

No obstante, tienes 14 de días de devolución del artículo, siempre y cuando no se haya utilizado el producto y esté en perfecto estado.
