Buenas tardes Belen, Lamentamos el malentendido con la anestesia y el retraso con tu pedido. El primer pedido de anestesia necesita de la cumplimentación de un documento previo a la gestión del pedido. Por lo que hasta recibir ese documento, no supimos que la anestesia pedida estaba descatalogada. La agencia nos informa que recibió su pedido correctamente el día 15. Nuestras más sinceras disculpas por todo el contratiempo que ha sufrido tu pedido, esto no suele ser lo habitual.

Opino que una semana después de hacerlo no lo he recibido. También que después de tener que identificarme como odontóloga, hablar con una señorita sobre la anestesia que quiero pedir, rellenar un formulario y devolverlo me llaman al día siguiente porque no tienen la anestesia que quiero.

Lamentamos el malentendido con la anestesia y el retraso con tu pedido.
El primer pedido de anestesia necesita de la cumplimentación de un documento previo a la gestión del pedido. Por lo que hasta recibir ese documento, no supimos que la anestesia pedida estaba descatalogada.
La agencia nos informa que recibió su pedido correctamente el día 15.

Nuestras más sinceras disculpas por todo el contratiempo que ha sufrido tu pedido, esto no suele ser lo habitual.
