I love the selection you have but out of 3 orders, I had shipment issues with 2. The first order, half of my bottles were broken but it was replaced immediately.
The second order was great.
Finally my third order...I placed the order on a Saturday.
The GLS system told me the delivery would me last Wednesday. Waited all day at home, no delivery. Then they said Thursday, waited again for all day, no delivery. Finally on Friday I received my order but only half of it. GLS told me it was because of you, and your customer service did not respond to my emails at all.
Finally today (Monday) the bell rang, and I received the rest of my order.
I dont think I will ever use your website again.

El envío se retrasó un día, ya que se debieron de confundir de dirección. La pena es que al vino no le viene bien tanto movimiento. La empresa de reparto tienen una horquilla muy grande de horario de reparto, lo cual hace que estés todo el día pendiente sin saber a qué hora aproximada lo repartirán. El embalaje del vino siempre viene muy bien, como siempre. Y la compra tiene una rcp buenísima.

Tras tiempo utilizando el servicio, estoy dando cuenta que la comparativa de precios vs calidad, no es tan interesante. La variedad de vino tampoco es extensa.
Para seguir usando el servicio debe ser interesante para el comprador para que desembolsan una cantidad de dinero.

El envío servido por GLS se demoró un día más de lo previsto por causas desconocidas ya que nadie te informa, solo aparece como en incidencia en la página de seguimiento. Además la horquilla de entrega es grandísima, pues abarca de nueve de la mañana a siete de la tarde, y hay que estar pendiente del pedido durante todo el día. El vino siempre viene perfectamente embalado y los precios son muy buenos.

No sé para que está el campo "observaciones y notas para el transportista". Puse *específicamente* que NO vinieran de 13h a 16h, que tampoco es un rango muy amplio, y SEUR, inútiles siempre, vinieron a las 14h. Intenté ponerlo directamente en SEUR, y *como siempre* no deja, dando errores continuos. Resumiendo, vosotros bien, en tiempo y forma, SEUR mal, muy mal, como siempre. Eso desmerece vuestro trabajo y me pensaré sí volver a hacer un pedido, solo por esa razón. Ya llevo demasiadas experiencias desastrosas con estos ineptos de SEUR. Un saludo.
