Tuve un problema con el envío,venía en dos cajas y se perdió una ,al final apareció,llamé a atención al cliente y no me lo coǰían y cuando lo hicieron tampoco se preocuparon mucho,me pensaré el comprar otra vez.

Lamentamos la incidencia con la agencia: al ir en dos cajas, una quedó desubicada en tránsito y por eso se retrasó. En cuanto tuvimos constancia, se hizo el seguimiento y conseguimos que se entregase.

Hice el pedido X3BR9TL3, me llega perfectamente embalado pero LES FALTÓ METER UNA BOTELLA, se lo digo al chatbot que tienen en su web y por correo y ni caso, vamos que me han robado 16€ por toda la cara. Ni me han devuelto el dinero ni me han mandado la botella que falta. Unos sinvergüenzas.

El pedido ha llegado un día después de lo acordado, bien envuelto y protegido, eso si, pero...de una añada diferente a la que pedí.Me he puesto en contacto con Devinoavino y la explicación és qué no tienen la que pedí y que la página no está actualizada por un problema informático, pero que la añada que me han enviado es bastante buena tambien, como?!!. Les he dicho que podrían haberme avisado (tienen mi correo) y han preferido enviarme un vino que no he pedido, sin ninguna explicación previa, supongo esperando que no me de cuenta. Se han disculpado conmigo y me han sugerido que la devuelva si no la quiero y hasta luego Mari Carmen.
