El envio un auténtico desastre. Me dejaron una caja con dos botellas en el rellano del piso y falsificaron mi DNI y firma. A los 8 días de recibir las dos botellas he recibido el resto del pedido. Desastroso. Muy descontento. Tube que hacer 3 llamadas.

Ha habido un error del transportista que rompió el producto. Devinoavino me llamó amablemente. Me explicó la incidencia y me la solucionó enviándome otra botella. Excelente reacción. Ya tengo el producto.

Primero pedirle disculpas por lo sucedido. El jueves nos avisó GLS de una rotura con su pedido, inmediatamente sacamos otro de nuevo. Según GLS ha quedado entregado hoy, por favor, confírmenos si es así.

Mi opinión es mala porque tendrían que haberme entregado el pedido el pasado día 8 y, no solo no me lo han entregado, sino que ahora me lo anuncian para entregar el día 14. Y lo peor, es que DEVINOAVINO ni se ha enterado porque me envía esta encuesta el día 11, es decir, ni se ha enterado de que no me lo han entregado. No tengo la seguridad de que el día 14 lo vaya a recibir.
