Sobre la información a través de email, ha sido rápida y clara.
El envío fue también rápido, pero 24 h más tarde de lo prometido (lo pedí a las 13,15 de un viernes, y me fue entregado el martes a media mañana)

Este es en el modelo que logramos mayor amplificación del volumen con mediciones reales pero por supuesto siempre siguiendo con nuestra filosofía de no usar la electrónica. Dinos por favor que modelo de smartphone o tablet lo estás usando , nos gustaría ayudarte a mejorar su rendimiento y aprender de vuestras experiencias. El producto no es malo, ni mucho menos. Pero personalmente he opinado con 3 estrellas porque no me vale para los dispositivos que pensaba usarlos, es decir, es válido solo para ciertos tipos de dispositivos (Apple).

Todavía no he recibido el producto, que lo esperaba el día 24.
Llamé varias veces a ecophonic i me salió siempre el contestador. Envié un correo electrónico y no he tenido ninguna respuesta.
Echo en falta información al cliente del envío.
