El producto era lo que buscaba, sin errores, y llego sin problemas.
Hubiera estado bien que me llamaran por teléfono desde el transportista, porque sí hubo lío para la entrega.
Simplemente se retardó innecesariamente, se habría evitado con una llamada.

La tienda muy bien, rápida y eficaz
El reparto llamó por tlfno al no encontrar a nadie en casa, si lo hubiera hecho eso no hubiera ocurrido y yo estaría esperando; le di yo la solución, que dejara el paquete en casa de un vecino, pero entiendo que no es asi

El servicio de la tienda y la rapidez de envío estupenda, el articulo estupendo ...
Pero el reparto del 1 al 10..( 2 ).
El motivo de mi opinión del reparto tan negativo es... (porque estábamos en la casa el dia de la entrega y no sabemos aún a quien tocaron?? y el resguardo se lo metieron a otro vecino¡¡¡ tuvimos que llamar para saber qué había pasado con la entrega y averiguar cuándo volverían o que nos dijeran dónde recogerlo.
Lo peor es perder una mañana de trabajo por esperarles....

Por lo demás muy,muy satisfecho con su tienda. gracias

Pague por el pedido en 24horas y vino en 48horas me siento estafada

Gracias por su compra y su valoración.
Lamentamos que no esté satisfecha con la entrega del pedido, sin embargo queremos informarle que el plazo de entrega se ha cumplido estrictamente.
Su pedido lo ha realizado el día 13 a las 19:26, pero el plazo de entrega de 24 horas es solo válido para pedidos recibidos hasta loas 18:00, tal y como se indica a la hora de elegir las distintas formas de envío disponibles, ya que pasada esa hora no tenemos posibilidad de envío el mismo día.
Su pedido se envió el día 14 y lo ha recibido el día 15... cumpliendo con el plazo.
Le agradecemos su compra y lamentamos no poder entregar su pedido antes, pero no tenemos posibilidad de entrega en 24 horas los pedidos recibidos después de las 18:00.
