Hice el pedido el día 4 de agosto. Según Electrosumi, el día 5 de agosto, mi pedido fue enviado y me enviaron un número de seguimiento erróneo que no aporta resultado alguno en la página del transportista.
Les he llamado por teléfono varias veces porque el pedido no me ha llegado, la mensajería no sabe nada del paquete y no he recibido explicación alguna por parte de Electrosumi.
A fecha de hoy, 12 de agosto, no solamente no he recibido el pedido, sino que tampoco he recibido explicación alguna al respecto.
El servicio y la atención al cliente NEFASTOS.

Disculpe las molestias y el servicio ocasionado Félix. Tal y como indicas, el pedido salió de nuestros almacenes al servicio de transporte el día 5 de agosto. Hemos abierto incidencia para determinar en qué punto pudo haberse perdido.
