Tfengo que decirles que el proceso del pedido no ha podido ser más catastrófico.

Han tardado en servirlo 1 mes.

Hice sucesivas reclamaciones a las cuales no obtuve respuesta.

Una vez decepcionado el producto, el contactor de referencia 223200244320, no corresponde con la figura que aparece en su página web.

El que yo quería, que es el que corresponde a la figura de la página web, la referencia es 223200244340 que tiene control manual incorporado.

En resumen, he recibido un producto equivocado por un error en su pagina web.

Esas son las estrellas que puedo dar, porque el pedido ha tardado una semana en llegar desde que ponía que había salido de tienda. Además, he tenido problema con la empresa de transporte, ya que dejó mi pedido en otra calle y número. Me quejé y el transportista quería que fuera yo el que recogiera el pedido donde él lo había dejado. Al final fue él el que fue a recogerlo pero me trajo solo los perfiles sin albarán ni nada donde estaban todos mis datos, así que la ley de protección de datos... Bastante descontento con el transporte! Poca profesionalidad.

Me han enviado un producto que no se corresponde con el que yo compré. Se lo notifiqué. Me pidieron una dirección para realizar el cambio. Tardé una semana en notificársela porque estuve fuera de España. Desde entonces no he sabido más de ustedes.
