Servicio excepcional, siempre disponible, respuestas muy rápidas a todas las solicitudes. Hemos reservado una gran cantidad de sillas para una nueva apertura, la entrega se realizó de manera impecable y con velocidad. Las sillas son preciosas y muy cómodas. Muy recomendable, precio inmejorable.

Material bonito como en las fotos , servicio post-venta pendiente de dar valoración (por el momento son rápidos a dar respuestas y esperamos que también lo serán en dar solución ) transporte mala experiencia , maltrataron el producto habiendo sufrido daño el 20% de las sillas pedidas .
Al no ser transporte propio no podemos culpar a Ememobiliario , salvo que no estén a la altura a la hora de dar solución .


Pondremos valoración 4⭐️ porque confiamos en que son una empresa muy seria , tenemos referencias de ellos .

Mobiliario de gran calidad de los que no encuentras fácilmente hoy en día con un diseño precioso.

Sin duda, mi nueva mueblería de referencia para nuestras instalaciones hoteleras. Esperando a que me repongan stock para realizarles un nuevo pedido.

Envio pesimo. He perdido casi 100 euros por devolver un pedido sin verlo porque la empresa MRW que era la de envios SE HA NEGADO A LLAMARME media hora antes aproximadamete de llegar al punto de entrega. Y Ememobiliario tampoco ha buscado solución alternativa. Ellos dicen no tener problemas🤦🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️.Adjunto la valoracion que tiene la empresa de transportes que Uds utilizan. Ademas despues de cobrarme casi 100 e de transporte mas iva dice MRW que yo no era su cliente!!! DE VERDAD EN QUE PAIS VIVIMOS!

Lamentamos las molestias ocasionadas con la entrega de su pedido.
Nos gustaría aclarar que el transporte lo realizan agencias externas que no ofrecen servicio de aviso previo telefónico a la entrega, información que le trasladamos al gestionar su envío. Aun así, en cuanto surgió la incidencia le propusimos dos soluciones: modificar la dirección de entrega o recoger el paquete en un establecimiento de la agencia, buscando siempre la opción más conveniente para usted.

Seguimos trabajando con las agencias para que estas situaciones ocurran lo menos posible. Quedamos a su disposición para cualquier cosa que necesite.
