Escribí ayer para contactar antes de poner un comentario negativo, pagué para que mi pedido llegara a casa y después de contactarme varias veces diciéndome que estaba apunto de llegar e incluso que había sido entregado dos días después me notifican en correos que mi pedido (que daba por perdido) se encuentra en correos con lo aparatoso que es ir a correos en esta época del año y habiendo pagado por un servicio de reparto a Domicio una pena por la empresa, espero que corrijan esto porque es muy fustrante pensar que te han timado cuando por parte de la empresa lo hacen perfecto y el transporte se carga todo vuestro esfuerzo, una pena. Hola Miguel, sentimos muchísimo leer esto, dado que no teníamos constancia ninguna. Vamos a abrir un parte con Correos para que nos expliquen qué ha ocurrido, ya que no es algo común que suela pasar. Hemos revisado que usted ha realizado el pedido el día 1 de Agosto, y en fin de semana no trabajamos, por lo que es imposible que hayan pasado 3 semanas. Tambien informarle que no se donde se refiere que nos ha escrito ya que no encontramos ningún correo ni WhatsApp que se refiera a este caso. Esperamos hablar con Correos y solucionar el problema y buscaremos la forma de compensarle las molestias. También recordarle que estamos de vacaciones desde el 7 de agosto hasta el 19. Un saludo de parte de nuestro equipo y esperamos tenga buen día. Estamos en contacto. A la vuelta de las vacaciones le escribiremos. Gracias por mantenernos informados, esto nos ayuda a mejorar.

Hola de nuevo Miguel, continuamos revisando su caso, en su pedido no ha dejado ni su número de teléfono ni el email para poder ponernos en contacto con usted. Dice que nos ha escrito ayer , a pesar de estar en nuestras vacaciones, he querido revisar pero no encontramos nada. Si puede escribir al WhatsApp de la empresa podremos comunicarnos más fácilmente.
