Compré unas botas Magnum a muy buen precio. Desde un principio, el envío fue rápido. Me compré una talla más y las tuve que cambiar por mi talla habitual. Me puse en contacto con ellos y su respuesta, a través del email, inmediata. El cambio de una talla por otra, perfecto. Recomendado al 100%.

Una pasada, no parecen de seguridad, y son guapas que es difícil encontrar algo decente. Un acierto la cuña, el alivio que siento en los talones es increíble. Un poco más blanda la parte de delante seria perfecto añadiendo también unos cordones más largos

Excelente calzado lo más cómodo y estable que he visto en calzado de seguridad, aunque si viniera en horma 12 estaría mucho mejor para los que tenemos los pies anchos.

Llame para preguntar existencias de un zapato, me confirmaron telefonicamente que tenian el zapato en cuestion, pedi un 42 pero llego un 44, el envio fue rapido pero erroneo... Hasta aqui todo bien un fallo le tiene cualquiera.
Pero para devolver la mercancia a golpe de telefono...
5 dias tardo en venir el transportista, y nadie me notifico que vendria, coincidio que habia alguien en casa...
9 dias despues no me han hecho el reembolso... Otra vez a llamar... No tenian conocimiento de la recepcion de los zapatos, horas despues recibo los mails de confirmacion de recepcion y devolucion, asi como el reintegro a Paypal.
Si tardo mas en llamar mas tardan en devolverme el dinero.
En resumen, un fallo le tiene cualquiera, pero la gestion posterior un autentico desastre.
No volvere acomprar ni a recomendar EPI.
