Me gusta mucho este secador. Es potente, no es ruidoso, super ultra leve en las manos y tiene un design estupendo. Soy estilista y tengo 2 salones de peluquería. He comprado 1 y luego hecho otra compra de 4 más de tanto que me ha gustado. Es importante decir que estamos en fase de confinamiento por el COVID-19 y no lo he probado en el salón aún, así que tendría que probarlo dándole caña para poder hablar con 100% de seguridad sobre su funcionalidad.
La atención al cliente fue óptima y el envío también.
Hay que resaltar que la página de la web es lenta y poco práctica. Se necesitaba grandes cambios en la página. Para hacer una compra de 1000€ en productos uno sufre para encontrar los productos además de ser lenta para abrirse de página a página y en la versión móvil entonces, es algo imposible de usarla. Recomiendo a la casa que se planteen a hacer cambios en la web.
Lo demás todo genial. Por lo que conozco del producto recomiendo la compra, ahora hay que probarlo en plan profesional para saber que no me fallará en 2 o 3 meses de uso diario y constante.
