Una vez confirmado y pagado el pedido, llegó un email diciendo que la compra no se finalizó y que quedan artículos en la cesta.
Envíe un correo electrónico, pero nadie me ha respondido. El pedido llegó bien, pero es algo que creó confusión.

Pagué gastos de envío rápido porque me urgía el test y me lo mandaron a los 4 días (finde de por medio). Pedi una compensación o un reembolso de los gastos y ni siquiera me contestan. Un servicio horrible.

Sentimos muchisimo el retraso , el
Envío espress no cuenta sábados, domingos ni festivos de todas formas perdone las molestias pero el transporte ha estado colapsado estas fiestas de Navidad y no nos han entregado la mercancía a tiempo, ha habido un desabastecimiento de test de covid a nivel mundial .
Estamos a su disposición para hacer el reintegro total del envío express que había ingresado.
Ruego disculpen las molestias y los inconvenientes generados, pero es algo que se ha escapado a nuestro control,

El producto genial. Pero tuve problemas a la hora de recibir el envío. Pagué el envío rápido de 24-48h y el pedido llegó a los 4 días. No han querido reembolsarme el dinero del envío rápido ni me han propuesto otro tipo de compensación. Un trato horrible porque ni siquiera contestan a mis correos.

Aún siendo comprensivos por el retraso con las fiestas y la escasez de test, la informalidad en la atención postventa podría calificarse de nefasta o nula. Preguntamos a través del número de WhatsApp el tiempo estimado de espera del pedido y dejaron los mensajes en “leído”, sin contestar hasta pasadas 72 horas desde el pago del mismo (cuándo se supone debíamos haberlo recibido). No repetiremos ni lo recomendamos a nadie, por lo menos la venta online.
