como puedes ver en el artículo no aparece fecha de caducidad, ni en el cigarrillo de mentol ni en el cartonaje, por lo que el fabricante no considera que el producto caduque.

Pedi unas gafas de 1,5 y me mandaron unas de 3,5 y en vez de ser negras cómo Pedi eran verdes ,el código postal estaba mal ......20 euros perdidos. Les mandé un correo para avisar que estaba mal el pedido pero lo ignoraron. Muy muy mal

viendo su insistencia en dejarnos comentarios negativos acerca del servicio de nuestra página web le informamos que nosotros nos limitamos a mandar aquello que usted compró exactamente el 8 de Agosto de 2023 (Gafa de presbicia modelo Maxi color Verde y de 3.5 dioptrías ) y ,como le dijimos mediante mails privados, no recibimos ningún correo electrónico acerca de su pedido.

A raíz de dichos comentarios en nuestra página fue cuando nos pusimos en contacto con usted para poder ver cual podría haber sido el problema y lo único que obtuvimos fueron malas contestaciones de su parte.

Lamentamos su confusión y le invitamos a que revise la dirección de correo electrónico a la que mando usted los mails, así como la factura del producto que usted metió en el carrito y posteriormente compró.
