El reloj es bonito, pero he mandado 2 mails y continuas llamadas por teléfono y no obtengo respuesta. Necesito cortar la correa y me gustaría saber dónde tienen su centro o dónde ir para que me lo hagan en perfectas condiciones.

Me han gustado mucho los relojes y el tallado ha quedado tal y como aparecía a la hora de realizar el diseño. Sin embargo pedí que pusieran una nota (era para regalo) y no la pusieron y el pedido tardó mucho en llegar.

Lo único es que compré el reloj en rebajas y en teoría estaba rebajado, pero tenía el mismo precio que en época de no rebajas (ya que había comprado otro igual).

A la hora de hacer el pedido sois muy rápidos en la atención, pero en el momento que hay problemas con el envío, ni contestáis. Prometéis que va a llegar un día y luego no llega ese día. Lo peor de todo, es que no dais la cara y lo intentáis solucionar. No contestáis ni a los whatsapp ni a las llamadas de teléfono. En conclusión, no volveré a comprar más ni se lo recomendare a nadie.
