Compré el producto el 28 de abril (regalo para el día de la madre), en la web indicabais que se garantizaba el envío antes del domingo (día de la madre). El pedido indicaba que llegaba el jueves 30, pero llegó el lunes 4 de mayo, fuera de la fecha indicada. Al ver que no llegaba el jueves, os pregunté por correo electrónico y por WhatsApp, pero no recibí respuesta hasta el mismo lunes (solo me contestasteis por WhatsApp). Muy descontento.

Lamentamos que no llegara antes del domingo, nosotros lo enviamos con tiempo a través de transporte urgente 24h. Eran unas fechas complicadas en pleno confinamiento por el COVID-19. Esperamos que lo entiendas y que le gustara el reloj a tu madre.

En att al cliente no pongo todas las estrellas por que primero contacté con ellos vía whatsapp y no obtuve respuesta, al día siguiente les mandé un e-mail y tampoco y cuando al día siguiente ya les llamé por tlf fue cuando me atendieron.
