Mandé un mail el domingo informando del mal estado de la carne de una de las bandejas recibidas que no pudimos comer y que tuve que tirar a la basura y todavía no han contactado conmigo y ni siquiera me han contestado el mail.

Lamentamos la incidencia que has tenido con la Minifalda que adquirió. Probablemente se haya producido una rotura de la cadena de frío o un defecto en su envasado que haya estas anomalías que refiere.

Con el objeto de minimizar el perjuicio ocasionado, nos gustaría que nos facilitara una dirección de envío así como un teléfono de contacto para poder enviarle desde Santa Rosalía en compensación por lo ocurrido unos productos de degustación para que pueda disfrutar de la carne que producimos y que por esta razón no pudo.
