Super satisfecho con esta tienda. Personal muy atento y dispuesto a resolver problemas y dudas. Tenia reservado un objetivo (Olympus Zuiko 100-400mm) y la idea era que me llegaria al cabo de 4-6 semanas. Sorpresivamente me llamaro el dia después de hacer la reserva diciendome que les habia entrado un stock de dicko objetivo. Al dia siguiente lo tenía en casa. Un diez.

Es un buen objetivo, los hay más luminosos pero para mi va perfecto, tengo un 25 mm. 1.7 y me faltaba este que es más todo terreno, me sirve con creces para lo que lo voy a utilizar, un buen objetivo y bien construido, y en fotografiarte donde mejor lo puedes conseguir, ha tardado nada y a un buen precio, gracias.

Está bien, precio calidad, aunque puestos a proponer alguna mejora, el cierre (estanqueidad/protección) de los laterales en la parte superior poner velcro para que mantenga el ajuste, pues si la bolsa va llena, esa zona no cierra bien.

Me sorprendió la rapidez. Hice el pedido un viernes a mediodía, a primera hora de la tarde estaba enviado y el lunes a última hora de la mañana lo tenía en casa. Incluso creo que lo intentaron entregar el sábado.
Lo que no entendí es que en la opción de envío seleccioné GLS y, sin embargo, al final el paquete me lo entregó MRW. Algo que al enterarme me preocupó, ya que había tenido problemas con ellos en otras ocasiones. Afortunadamente esta vez no.

Es la primera vez que compro en fotografiarte y me ha sorprendido de sobremanera, seguro que no será la última. El trato muy bueno y el envío rápido. Pocas empresas quedan qué valoren e inviertan tanto en la atención al cliente y no sólo en la venta del producto. Para mí ha sido un gran descubrimiento y se han ganado mi confianza. Una lente Brutal aunque sea de focal 5- 6.3 me encanta este tele zoom que es una buena alternativa al más alto de gama 150-400 f/4.5. Ya tengo ganas de probarlo con los dos duplicadores el 1.4x y el 2x.
