Quiero compartir mi experiencia reciente con Fotografiarte, ya que ha sido excepcional. Desde el primer contacto, me sentí atendido y valorado como cliente. Tenía algunas dudas sobre mi pedido de la nueva Sony 7 V y el equipo de Fotografiarte se tomó el tiempo para resolver mis inquietudes de manera rápida y efectiva.

Una vez realizado el pedido, me mantuvieron informado sobre los plazos de disponibilidad, lo cual es un gran detalle que muestra su compromiso con la transparencia y la atención al cliente. Pasaron solo unos días y nuevamente recibí un mensaje, esta vez con la emocionante noticia de que mi cámara ya estaba lista para ser enviada. En cuestión de 24 horas, la tenía en casa!

Zoom estándar, ligero y compacto, las primeras imágenes que he probado de gran calidad, la única pega el anillo del zoom para activar el objetivo en modo fotografía debes de desbloquear y está un poco duro, da la sensación de que lo estás forzando, luego ya el anillo del zoom como la seda.
