En cuanto al envío mejor imposible. No soy de madrid y aún así al los 2 días de hacer la compra ya estaba la cámara en casa. Y por último la atención al cliente inmejorable, no estaba segura de hacer la compra por el elevado importe pero todo han sido facilidades y cada vez que había alguna duda al llamar nos atendieron súper amablemente. Un acierto total. 100% recomendado.

Producto, magnífico, en perfectas condiciones y nuevo de caja. Fotos geniales y de súper buena calidad. Al ser lite no tiene entrada usb pero no es un problema. La mayor facilidad el wifi para pasar las fotos al móvil al momento.

En cuanto al producto, y considerando el precio que estamos pagando por él, este objetivo ofrece una versatilidad y calidad de imagen inigualables, teniendo siempre en cuenta que no se trata de una lente supertop que nos daría muchas más prestaciones, pero por la que estaríamos pagando muchísimo más.
En cuanto al vendedor "Fotografiarte" un diez, por el trato con el cliente, por el precio y por la rapidez en el envío. Muchas gracias por todo.

Es la primera vez que compro en Fotografiarte, la verdad es que cuando vi tan barata la cámara que estaba buscando, creía que se trataba de una estafa o que habría trampa por algún lugar, pero no, es todo cierto, y además el trato y el envío ha sido muy profesional y muy rápido. En mi opinión es la mejor cámara que existe para un usuario que como yo busca grabar vídeo con la mejor calidad posible al menor precio, manejable, flexible y con opciones modernas y prácticas. No hay ninguna otra cámara en el mercado que pueda competir con ella en esta gama de precios, y más al precio en el que está en Fotografiarte. Vídeo en 6k con color de 10bits en formato full frame en una cámara con estabilizada y con enfoque por fase, a día de hoy (febrero de 2025) que yo sepa no existe otra que haga esto a este precio.

Todo muy bien. Era un pedido algo complejo, dado que se trataba de canjear cupones, y en un primer momento hubo algo de lío. No obstante la atención y seguimiento por parte del servicio de att al cliente fue estupendo y todo se resolvió bien.
