Todo estupendo!!. Aunque el detalle es un poco caro para lo que es, está bien que nos enseñéis el diseño antes de enviarlo y la preparación del envío (envoltorio etc) está muy bien!!

Celia, siento mucho que te haya parecido que el envío se ha retrasado! Pero se hizo dentro del plazo que indicamos en la web, que son entre 10 y 15 días laborables, ya que estamos hablando de un producto personalizado, y en tu caso pasaron 7 días laborables desde que hiciste el pedido hasta que lo recibiste en casa.
Intentamos acortar los plazos de entrega al máximo y que recibáis vuestros pedidos cuanto antes, siento si no lo has percibido así.
