Estimado Roberto, tras ver su mensaje tratamos de localizarle en nuestra base de clientes para ver a qué se debía su descontento y si estaba en nuestras manos el poder solucionarlo. Localizamos una compra de 2020 pero no tenemos constancia de que hubiese ningún problema con ella. Sentimos el motivo que haya podido ser causa su descontento , pero igualmente agradecemos su confianza ya que hemos detectado que en los últimos días ha vuelto realizar un pedido en nuestra web. La atención al cliente muy buena, el envío no tanto el inversor iba en una caja grande envuelto en papel de burbuja, la clavija para con3ctar una de la placas estaba dañada, por suerte funciona bien, pero es mejor enviar con más protección y no ocasionar molestias a los clientes.

He recibido 2 placas, he realizado la medición de voltaje e intensidad de ambas y mientras una daba un rendimiento del 91% la otra tan solo llegaba al 78%.
Me pongo en contacto con Atención al Cliente, poniendo de manifiesto la diferencia tan significativa y me dicen que el servicio técnico no sabe como he hecho la medición y por tanto no se hacen cargo.
