Lubina muy fresca y de gran calidad, la pena que estaba por debajo del peso establecido que era de 1 kg con el precio ajustado a ese peso y pesaba sobre 960 gr

Nos alegra que le haya gustado la calidad.
La lubina al limpiarla (quitarle la tripa y aletas), siempre pierde un poquito de peso, de ahí que marque un poquito menos de peso.

Servicio estupendo. Pero creo que deberían ajustar la política de relación de precio y peso real. Entiendo que cada pieza tiene un peso concreto, imposible de predecir antes de la captura, pero quizá de ver la forma de ajustar el precio al peso real
