Este pack, aunque se puede mejorar, se adapta mejor a mis necesidades y a la forma de consumir de mi familia.
Me gustaría que hubiese más opciones de combinar las hamburguesas grandes con el resto de productos, como por ejemplo el entrecot de 500 gr.

Sobre la atención al cliente, deja mucho que desear, no me han contestado ninguna vez sobre las opiniones y quejas que he puesto.
Las piezas de chuleta siguen siendo irregulares, en calidad y tamaño.

Si pudiera les daba un 20 sobre 10!. No solo la carne fue un espectáculo (chuletón de 1kg, solomillo de 1kg y 6 tuétanos) si no que además tuvieron un detalle conmigo que no tiene precio. Me olvidé de formalizar el pago del pedido y me lo mandaron urgente para que pudiera llegar a tiempo del cumpleaños de mi mujer. Me han ganado para siempre!!!

En mi ultimo pedido vino la caja rota por todos los lados, no se si la cadena de frio seguiría bien conservado.... Les puse una queja, pero nada mas que me enviaron un correo poniendo que se lo reclamarian a SEUR. No me he quedado nada contento con Gutrei Galicia, ya que pienso me podian haber atendido de otra manera......

Estoy bastante decepcionado con la atención al cliente. Yo compré un pack que supuestamente incluía 6 chuletas de vaca y 6 entrecots de vaca. De los entrecots que recibí, 2 eran de vaca y 4 de novillo. Claramente no es lo mismo y asi venía etiquetado. Al quejarme al WhatsApp que hay de contacto, no me dieron ninguna respuesta y me dejaron en visto. La verdad considero que recibir algo distinto a lo que he pagado y después no haber recibido ninguna respuesta a mi problema, es muy decepcionante y me siento estafado
