En mi ultimo pedido en gutrei, llega la carne sin vacio (no toda, dos piezas) y evidentemente mal envasada. Avisando en el mismo momento de recibirlo no hacen nada ni por investigarlo ni por solucionarlo. Pasan las semanas y si yo no me intereso por el tema la callada por respuesta después de haber pedido fotos de los productos y la caja (que llego impecable). Han perdido un buen cliente por nefasto servicio de atención post venta después de 500€ de compra. Lo ultimo ya es negar la mayor 15 días después y echar la culpa a Seur frio. MENTIRA, alguien ahi no ha hecho bien su trabajo, y lejos de aceptarlo y decir que han detectado el problema y lo han solucionado gracias a mi aviso … lo facil echarle la culpa al transporte cuando no la tiene. Dejadez en estado puro, los festivos entre medias no son excusa

De los 6 chuletones que llegaron solo dos olían bien, los otros tenían aroma a podrido pero no era bueno. Es decir en lugar de ese olor característico de chuletón madurado olían a carne podrida pero ya mal…. Olor a cadaverina y putrefascina. Una pena. Además en la grasa era donde más se notaba…. Una pena.

Los solomillos y las chuletas de vaca Roxane de Ouro extraordinarias, ha coincidido me hijo en casa , cocinero profesional, y las mejores que he comido en mucho tiempo. Recomiendo ambos productos encarecidamemte. Seguiré comprando en GutreiGalivia.
