He recibido el envio rápidamente y en perfecto estado, de los productos que compre nada nuevo que decir los utilizo desde hace tiempo y sigue siendo igual de satisfactorios, los compraba en otro sitio que aunque un poco mas baratos eran un desastre en el envio y en la atención al cliente, NO como vosotros, así que seguiré confiando en HERBOSOY

Todo perfecto, compro bastante, pero hacer los pedidos cada vez cuesta más porque siempre me da error "error pedido ya validado", pruebo de mil maneras y siempre pasa esto, de no ser por este problema haría más pedidos, gracias, saludos

No sabes cuánto sentimos lo que te ha ocurrido. :(

Gracias a tu opinión hemos descubierto lo que provocaba el error que comentas. Se trataba de un problema con el servicio de pago por Amazon. Hemos tomado la decisión de anular la opción de pago por Amazon, ya que es lo que provocaba este tipo de errores. No volveremos a activar este método de pago hasta que estemos seguros de que han solucionado los problemas provocados por su opción de pago. Ya ves, los gigantes también tropiezan ;)

La próxima vez que realices una compra no debería ocurrir nada parecido.

Me llegó el envío en su fecha, pero uno de los botes se había roto a pesar de estar perfectamente embalado y protegido, había 3 ó 4 capsulas rotas, las demás estaban en perfecto estado y pude echar a otro bote. Llamé para comunicarlo (para que en próximas cambiaran el embalaje) y pretendian enviarme otra, lo cual no fué necesario, ya que estaba todo lo demás en perfecto estado
