Todo bien excepto que deje dicho en observaciónes que me avisarán antes del envio y no hicieron caso. Creo que avisando al móvil pueden ahorrarse molestias. Por lo demás todo bien y recomendare su página web.

Tardan una eternidad. Lo pedi el 25 de marzo, y nos quedaba producto hasta el dia 31. No consideraba posible que en 5 dias no lo recibieramos. Llevamos 2 dias con el tratamiento interrumpido. El aviso de correos lo tengo des de el dia 28. Espero lo recibiré mañana martes dia 3 de abril, a los 9 dias de haberlo pedido. El mismo dia pedó un producto de Farmasky, y al dia siguiente ya estaba en mi poder.

Efectivamente, usted hizo el pedido el día 25 y salió de nuestras instalaciones el día 27. Eligió el envío mediante Correos PAQ72 que tarda 3 días laborables en llegar a su destino. Aun así, desde Herbosoy se lo enviamos mediante Correos PAQ Premium 24h asumiendo Herbosoy el sobrecoste de diferencia, ya que queríamos que le llegara cuanto antes por el tema de que en semana santa los transportes se ralentizan por causas ajenas a nuestra empresa.

No obstante, nos gustaría indicarle que Herbosoy ofrece por el mismo coste para el cliente, transporte urgente mediante Nacex, que suele tardar entre 24h y 48h en llegar su destino y usted no hizo esta selección. Nos gustaría habérselo enviado mediante Nacex pero no podemos cambiar la elección de transportista de los clientes.

Sentimos mucho las molestias que le ha producido este contratiempo. No obstante pondremos una queja al servicio de Correos por no cumplir con lo establecido.

El envío llegó perfectamente embalado y antes de lo previsto. Incluía una tarjeta personalizada agradeciendo la compra y un pequeño regalo, además la opción de pagar con amazonpay es todo un acierto, agiliza el pago y evita el tener que estar introduciendo datos personales. Todo un acierto el comprar aquí, creo que repetiré en un futuro.
