Hola buenas!
Estaba pensando en escribirles un email.
La verdad estoy un poco decepcionada con la loción y la vitamina c de Eberlin. Llevo 3 días usándola y me está irritando bastante la piel. No me había pasado nunca antes con otros productos ya que para nada tengo la piel sensible. Estoy triste por que tenía otras expectativas sobre este tratamiento.
Por lo demás, trato de su parte atención y envío genial pero he gastado un dinero en estos productos que no podré utilizar 😢

Me indicaste que realizaste una limpieza profunda, como te indiqué por teléfono, la piel puede quedar más sensible e irritada temporalmente. Si notas que la loción escuece ligeramente al aplicarla, es normal: está ayudando a equilibrar el pH de la piel. Te recomiendo esperar unos días tras la limpieza antes de reintroducirla en tu rutina.

En cuanto al sérum Eterna C, está específicamente formulado para pieles sensibles y es ideal para tu caso. No dejes de usarlo, ya que te aportará una luminosidad visible y un extra de cuidado antioxidante. Si tienes cualquier duda, estoy aquí para ayudarte.
