I bought these a few days ago because I heard they were amazing for sleep. Now I can say they definitely help me fall asleep but I do not stay asleep. I toss and turn all night and have had the most vivid dreams. The next day I am god awful tired its not even funny. Would not recommend these.

The pros about this soil based probiotic is that it's made from fermented organic vegetables, seeds and plants. The capsule is acid-resistant so it can get to your colon safely and there are no fillers at all which is a very big plus too. Also it's very dense, hence the very big number of 50 billion cfu per capsule and the dose is 2 capsules daily. The con for me is that even with just one capsule a day it constipated me really bad. I am not sure why (Is it because of the very high cfu or the origin of the probiotic - soil based?!) but it just didn't work well with me. It might work wonders for you but I just must be sincere and tell you the truth about my experience with this supplement. Stay safe and healthy and may God bless you!

So yummy!! and my stomach was less bloated, i over all felt better. It literally tastes like candy and so fruity. Not a fake flavor if you're super sensitive to fake chemicals. My gut usually feels bad a lot of the time, and this really helped just ease the normal malaise!

I buy them for the low carb/sugar content.I did not like thst the price went up even under subscription without any notification prior to being charged. I should have been notified to give me the opportunity to accept or decline the price increase!

The taste took me some time to get use to. Okay, it had a weird taste. Once you get over the taste, it seems like it works. I'm able to fall asleep but it took an hour or 2 to start feeling rested and relax.
