La cazuela está muy bien y se la ve' de buena calidad,pero tengo la duda de si vendrá defectuosa pues la e tenido como día y medio llena de agua y pierde bastante, no sé si será así y cuando la pruebe cocinando dejará de perder el líquido. Les agradecería que me dijeran algo sobre él tema. Un saludo

Answer Hornos de Leña

Hola Lorenzo, gracias por tus comentarios. La curación de las cazuelas de barro lo realizamos sumergiendo el recipiente TOTALMENTE en un barreño o similar. Y por otra parte, es suficiente mantener sumergido la cazuela dentro del agua entre 8-10 horas. Por tus comentarios, la olla está llena de agua y por tanto no está sumergida. Intenta cubrirla totalmente de agua para que cierren todos los poros y luego sécala hasta que la vayas a usar. En el caso de tener problemas, contacta con nosotros. Saludos.

El pirometro lo instale en el horno mediante la vaina y dejandola al limete por el interior del horno ,comprobado el funcionamiento con un lector digital de temperaturas ,lo usamos paras las calderas de pellets,es exacto muy fiable.volvere a comprar
