Aunque el envío tardo más de lo esperado, llego todo bien embalado y en perfectas condiciones.
Cuando recibí el material eche en falta más información sobre el montaje, y me enviaron unas fotos muy ilustrativas de como realizar el trabajo.

Answer Hornos de Leña

Hola Manuel, lamentamos la incidencia que ha tenido con en el transporte. Usted hizo el pedido el jueves 18.6 y nosotros preparamos el kit y lo enviamos el lunes 22.6. Efectivamente, la mercancía debería haber llegado mucho antes. El periodo de entrega suele oscilar para este tipo de mercancía pesada entre 5-7 días laborables. Nosotros no tenemos constancia si el pedido está entregado y muchas veces es el cliente quien nos avisa de la tardanza y nos da tiempo para reaccionar y gestionar la entrega de una forma más rápida.
En relación a la información insuficiente sobre el montaje del kit tomamos nota y reenviamos su sugerencia al departamento de marketing para mejorar la información señalada. Gracias.
