El envío rápido y sin problemas pero el embalaje muy débil y dañado. No me quedaba claro si pedía 2 metros o 2 rollos, me lo aclararon enseguida, aun no se si son metros lineales o cuadrados. Debería quedar más claro en la información de producto.

Hola Juan, como le comentamos por teléfono, la manta cerámica la vendemos por metros cuadrados. Un metro cuadrado corresponde a un rollo de 0,60x1,67 (lineales) cm . Hay clientes que nos compran dos metros cuadrados y lo servimos en un solo rollo y con el doble de longitud señalado. Redactaremos y modificaremos la información del producto para que sea más clarificadora, si acaso, para el cliente. Gracias por su sugerencia.

El producto es correcto, el embalaje un poco justo, al ser solo un plástico viene todo rascado y marcado en varios sitios.

Hola Juan, la manta y el papel cerámico están embalados con plástico. Intentamos utilizar el plástico justo para que pueda ser enviado sin problemas e intentando reducir en lo posible el consumo de estos materiales. No obstante, el producto debería haber llegado en perfectas condiciones y si no ha sido así, es posible que haya sido por la manipulación de la empresa de transporte. Sentimos lo sucedido.
