Una buena puerta de horno muy sólida. La única pega es el asa para la trampilla quitahumos. Es de plástico duro (acabará fundiéndose, ya las asas de las ollas express del mismo material lo hacen a menos temperatura). Además es difícil levantar dicha trampilla tocando solo el asa. Se desequilibra hacia un lado y se engancha en los laterales. Al final hay que usar las dos manos tocando la propia trampilla. Serian mas útiles dos asas una a cada lado

Answer Hornos de Leña

Muchas gracias Ángel por tu comentario , el asa no es de plástico , es baquelita, un material que aguanta muy bien la temperatura, nunca se nos fundió ninguna por el calor. En cuanto al sistema antihumos , no es precisa su manipulación continua, lo normal es que se deje 2-3 ctms entreabierta y fija , para que entre aire en el horno y no se ahumen los alimentos , solo se tiene que dejar cerrada cuando tengas que hacer un cocido por la noche , de estos que dura varias horas dentro del horno y con olla tapada. Personalmente en mi horno , tengo una rendija de 1 ctms en el sistema antihumos continuamente a excepción , claro esta , cuando hago puchero o cocido . Espero haber resuelto tus dudas. Buen producto.
El envío fue rápido, de un día para otro.24h.
Pirometro instalado en horno de barro recubierto con adobe, arlita y cemento impermeable. La vaina la he sujetado con Sika para altas temperaturas, el pirometro lo pongo solo cuando voy a usar el horno y lo guardo en casa cuando no lo uso.
