Estoy satisfecho con la compra. El servicio entrega ha sido rápido, el único pero es que no tenía servicio de seguimiento pero en 3 días ya lo tenía en casa...
El artículo parece de buena calidad, aún no he podido instalarlo para probarlo. Pero tiene muy buena pinta, mejor que en la foto!

Estimado cliente , le agradecemos su comentario , en primer lugar decirle que la chapa de acero es suficiente para la funcion que tiene ,nosotros la hemos aplicado a cientos de hornos y tiene un rendimiento muy bueno , la holgura del regulador esta hecho a proposito , ya que es necesario que no cierre hermeticamente porque ahumaria los alimentos ademas de que ennegrecer el horno por la parte de la cupula . Supongo que ya tendra el horno acabado y habra comprobado el buen resultado de la chimenea . Muchas gracias por haber confiado con nosotros.

El paquete vino perfectamente embalado. Lo abrimos para ver si estaba todo bien y es preciosa pero de momento no he podido estrenarla en mi horno de leña y por eso no le pongo las 5 estrellas.
