No puedo definir si el producto es bueno ya que tuve que usar un oxidante de otra marca porque no entendí que me estaban vendiendo solo el pomo de tinte. No me resultó nada cómodo porque no es fácil conseguir el oxidante en cualquier tienda. Probablemente no vuelva a comprar debido a que el kit es carísimo respecto a la

Hola M Victoria, en TODOS los tintes tenemos la misma explicación de cómo utilizarlos y especificamos que hay que mezclarlos con la crema Developer. Los tintes permanentes tienes que mezclarse, absolutamente TODOS los del mercado. Esta crema la tenemos en venta en la web y hay enlaces en el propio tinte para comprarlo. También tenemos un enlace directo para hacer consultas y un whatsapp donde resolvemos todas las dudas. El bote de Developer cuesta 15,50€ y es de 1 Litro, te dará para 10/11 usos con lo cual es realmente económico. Llevamos casi 10 años vendiendo los tintes así y está todo explicado en la web. Compre un pack anti encrespamiento, bien
Pero el tapon tanto del shampoo como del acondicionador se abren a penas por lo que debo apretar mucho para que salga el prosucto y cuando sale , no lo hace de forma progresiva ni por el medio

Hola Sylvie, llevamos casi 10 años vendiendo estos productos con esos botes y ninguna clienta ha tenido este problema. Son productos densos en los que hay que apretar bien para que el champú/acondicionador salga. Además el tapón es de rosca, lo puedes quitar si así te es más sencillo de utilizar. Muchas gracias.
