Hola! La verdad es que no estoy muy convencida con el envío. No es el mismo champú o han cambiado la fórmula. No ya sólo que el color es distinto, antes era como celeste y ahora es algo así como beige, si no que no hidrata de la misma forma. He probado varios lavado y he tenido que usar el resto del anterior que aún me quedaba. ( me di cuenta porque iba de viaje al poner de ambos botes en una pequeña transparente observé la diferencia entre el antiguo y el nuevo). Así que mi duda es si Icon ha cambiado o me han dado el cambiazo ya que por fuera ambos botes son idénticos.

Hace 4 meses me hice un implante capilar, en las entradas solo..
Y estoy usando el 5,25 para la zona injertada y el elixir para todo la cabeza...

Decepcionada. El producto no vino con tapón original, sino directamente con el dosificador, el cual no funciona. Por otro lado, el efecto y olor no son como cuando me lo aplican en peluquería, los principales motivos de mi compra.

Hola Montse, los botes de 1 Litro de ICON llevan el dosificador puesto de fábrica desde hace ya un tiempo. Nosotros somos Tienda Oficial de ICON y los productos salen directamente de su almacén. Si crees que puede tener algún problema simplemente tienes que escribirnos por email, whatsapp o por alguna de las RRSS para tratar de buscar una solución pero lo que nos comentas es muy muy raro, hemos vendido muchísimos Champús Energy y jamás nos ha ocurrido algo así. Te escribiremos personalmente para hablarlo.Muchas gracias
