Hola David, la verdad es que nos sorprende el mensaje, no hemos recibido ningún mensaje tuyo indicando este problema. Cuando un pedido llega así tenemos que informar a la agencia de transporte en 24h para poder solucionarlo y con el seguro encargarnos de cambiarte el producto. Para otra ocasión por favor escríbenos o llámanos. Gracias.

El producto bien, el envío pone 24 h pero tarda más. La atención al cliente buena ya que se pusieron en contacto conmigo por whatapp, pero decepcionada por no haber recibido el obsequio en ninguno de los dos pedidos de más de 60 eur cada uno

El producto muy bien. Esperaba algún obsequio de la empresa ya que he hecho dos pedidos de 68 y 72 eur y mientras hacía la compra aparecía un mensaje que por compras superiores a 60 eur regalaban un producto, por lo que el próximo pedido me pensaré si volverlo a comprar en vuestra web. Gracias!

Limpia y sanea el cuero cabelludo en profundidad. Dejarlo actuar un minuto, notarás un agradable frescor, y luego aclarar con abundante agua. No es para uso diario. Yo recomiendo 2 veces por semana. En la línea de los productos iCON, hay que poner poca cantidad, cunde mucho.
