Solicité un envío urgente para que me llegará antes de tres días. Una semana después, aún no había ni salido el pedido de fábrica. Lo necesitaba urgente y no me llegó a tiempo.
Atención al cliente, aceptable. No me contestaban los emails. Tuve que llamar y no me ofrecieron ninguna compensación por el error.
En el paquete anterior, también tuve problemas con el estado de las telas.
En general, una mala experiencia en ambos pedidos

Bonjour.
Je ne suis absolument pas satisfaite de la commande. J'ai commandé deux rouleaux de 25m de toile de jute pour 132 euros.
J'ai reçu uniquement deux mètres.
J'ai ensuite envoyé un mail sur le site sans aucune réponse et je n'ai pas été remboursée.
J'ai lancé les procédures nécessaires auprès de ma banque et d'une association de consommateurs pour régler cette situation.

Esperaba un blanco más blanco. Decía coralina "blanco polar" y la veo un poco rosada. La quería para forrar una manta de bebé de punto que es blanca y celeste y se nota rosácea, pero es lo que me han enviado. Me apañaré.
Por lo demás todo muy bien. Formalidad en el plazo de envío y condiciones adecuadas del embalaje del pedido.
