le produit est satisfaisant mais je suis très mécontente de la coupe du tissu. il manquait un bout de tissu dans un bord (probablement le prélèvement d'un échantillon) et la découpe n'était pas droite sur le haut de mon coupon comme sur le bas. J'ai bien galéré pour retrouver le "droit fil", d'où une perte de temps et de tissu bien sûr. J'avais envoyé un message avec photos à l'appui au service client et j'attends encore leur réponse. C'était ma 1ère commande, ce sera la dernière et je ne recommanderais pas ce site car j'ai déjà lu un avais consommateur qui se plaignait du même genre de problème. Dommage ! quand le service n'étant pas sérieux, on pert des clients...

Bonjour Madame,
Je suis désolé pour la mauvaise préparation de votre commande , nous avons du personnels en formation et parfois certains tissus sont trés difficile a couper droit . je remonte votre commentaire au service préparation de commande .
