Estoy descontento, pues, antes de realizar el pedido, llamé por teléfono y le explique a la señorita que me atendió que los 2 diapasones los necesitaba para hacer una demostración de resonancia ante un auditorio.
Por lo que era importantísimo que estuvieran bien hechos, los dos con la misma frecuencia.
Le comenté a la señorita que, por favor, antes de mandármelos los probaran y comprobaran que hacían resonancia uno con otro, de lo contrario no me valían.
Pero los estoy probando y no hacen resonancia. ¿Cómo hacemos para devolverlos?

Por cierto, que se trata de 2 diapasones de 440 y no lo que tienen puesto en este encabezamiento.

Buenos días Javier, lamentamos las molestias ocasionadas al no haber comprendido bien lo que pretendía con los diapasones. Como le comentamos por correo hay otros modelos específicos de laboratorio para ese fin demostrativo pero no disponemos de ellos. Tras la correcta recepción del material hemos realizado ya el reembolso de su pedido y esperamos que pueda encontrar lo que busca para su demostración, un saludo
