Hola Inés, sentim que la teva experiència amb nosaltres no haja sigut com pensaves, però ens demanaves per a hui mateix que ferem una factura d'una compra que vas realitzar al setembre del 2023. Com t'hem explicat molt amablement, necessitem el comprovant de venda o tiquet d'aquesta compra per a poder justificar i generar una nova factura però no disposes d'ell i com comprendràs, necessitem algún justificant bancari que puga acreditar la compra. Els nostres companys t'han explicat que hem de comprovar les dades i que era difícil que hui mateix la poguérem tindre. Entén que al cap d'un any i mig hem de comprovar tot molt detingudament ja que la nostra situació actual després de la Dana és de reconstrucció. Reiterem de nou que sentim que l'experiència no haja sigut la que esperaves, però la comprensió és una de les virtuts que més apreciem en tots els nostres clients en una situació com aquesta, així que, esperem que pugues trobar una altra botiga musical de confiança per a fer les teves compres i generar noves factures.
