Sentimos mucho la incidencia David que nos indicas con el producto Recovery de Fortia. Te podemos asegurar que la fecha no está borrada a consciencia.
En Invictus y también en la marca Fortia, apostamos decididamente por la calidad y el buen servicio pero siempre pude haber un fallo humano involuntario en nuestro trabajo.
En el caso que nos indicas, te podemos garantizar que la fecha no está borrada para disimular una caducidad anterior a la venta y consumo del producto.
Fortia hace tiradas de producto pequeñas para asegurar la rotación del producto y que mucho antes de la fecha de caducidad, esté consumido por el cliente final.
La posible explicación a la incidencia es que, o la fecha quedase mal impresa y al detectarlo se reimprimiese posteriormente, o que también debido a un a defectuosa impresión se borrase.
No obstante, si al abrir el producto vieses alguna anomalía, no lo consumas y te lo repondremos inmediatamente.
Te pedimos disculpas por la molestia causada y como compensación te vamos a crear un cupón descuento del 100% de tu próxima compra del producto Recovery de Fortia.
