Los juguetes son preciosos y vienen muy bien presentados y con mucho mimo. Tuve un pequeño retraso en el envío pero me atendieron muy bien desde atención al cliente y enseguida me lo solucionaron.

Muchas gracias por la recomendación y gracias por la comprensión, hay veces que los transportes no funcionan como deseamos y estas fechas navideñas las empresas se saturan, pero siempre ponemos lo mejor de nosotros para intentar solucionar todas las cosas!! Sentimos las molestias que, aunque no dependen estrictamente de nosotros, los colapsos de las empresas de transporte pueden producir 😫 ¡no dormimos cuando esas cosas pasan!

Normalmente compro en la tienda porque me encanta su filosofía y los juguetes que venden. Está vez he tenido que hacer pedido porque me desplazo en navidades y ha ido todo genial, en 48 horas laborables lo hemos recibido a pesar de las fechas navideñas.

Es una tienda muy especial. Venden juguetes con magia y con un encanto que en pocos sitios se puede encontrar. A mi hijo se le perdió su ratón del alma! (también adquirido en esta tienda)y tuve que hacer el pedido de uno nuevo al encontrarnos fuera de Madrid. Tardaron tan solo un día en enviarnos nuestro pedido… mi hijo feliz y yo encantada de nuevo con esta juguetería tan maravilloso. ( Gracias por preparar con tanto cariño el paquete)

Such a beautifully curated toy shop! They had so many high quality toys, books, and activities to choose from. They also have a train table for kids to play with which my 3 kids loved. The owners were so friendly and kind!
