No tengo más que buenas palabras.

Llegué a Nathalie y Rai a través de internet, en búsqueda de un cuento precioso y complicado de encontrar por estar descatalogado.

A pesar de no tenerlo en stock, se molestaron en buscarlo y hacerlo llegar a mi casa de una manera ágil y bonita.

Si el cuento de por sí era mágico, Nathalie y Rai lo hicieron todavía más especial. Gracias a ellos, nuestra pequeña familia está disfrutando de un tesoro!

Atención inmejorable. Hubo problemas con el envío y se dedicaron a llamar e insistir para que llegara el paquete. Me mantuvieron siempre informada y se nota que estaban preocupados de verdad.

Tienen juguetes muy diferentes y he encontrado un juego que hacía mucho tiempo que buscaba y no encontraba, el de hacer velas. Me recordaba a mi infancia y quería regalarlo a mis sobrinos para jugar con ellos.
