Estoy muy contento con la lámpara-ventilador. Llegó superrápido, y se puede graduar la intensidad de la luz y la velocidad de las aspas así como su sentido tanto desde la app como del mando a distancia. Muy buen servicio también de atención al público por teléfono.

Estoy muy contento con la lámpara-ventilador. Llegó superrapido, se puede graduar la intensidad de la luz, así como la velocidad de las aspas y su sentido, tanto desde el mando a distancia como de la app. Totalmente recomendable y la atención al cliente por teléfono para información previa muy buena.

No podemos precisar el día exacto de la entrega, ya que una vez retirado por mensajería del almacén, te avisamos, y luego el transportista envía un email de seguimiento, con un plazo máximo que debe ser entre 3 y 5 días. Excelente diseño y funcionamiento.
Va de maravilla, es silencioso y la iluminación tiene múltiples varíantes.
La Unica pega es la colocación. No fue sencillo atornillarlo al techo. Los agujeros de los tornillos tienen excesiva profundidad.

El plafón queda genial. El servicio un 10. La pieza exterior estaba rota, y fallo nuestro no lo habíamos abierto, contacté por WhatsApp con ellos y súper bien, a los dos días nos llegaba la pieza de recambio.
